Essay

The dissertation is devoted to grounding of premises for optimization of resort recuperative treatment of patients suffering from myocardial infarction. Optimization has been grounded on current evaluation of clinical signs, selection and dosage of rehabilitation factors used and by taking into consideration features of intrarehabilitation dynamics of validity restoration of certain patient. It has been proved that resort rehabilitation treatment correction should be based on the results revealed by the time of completion of resort rehabilitation therapy and on the remote results: duration of the following life. Premises for optimization are the features of intrarehabilitation dynamics of clinical, laboratory and functional signs which determine necessary correction of therapeutical rehabilitation complexes. Intrarehabilitation monitoring of patient's state objectificates validity restoration and promotes reliable prognosing of the further course of disease. It has been shown that the optimization must be carried out algorhythmically and step by step with dynamically gradual introduction of improved links.
