The dissertation is devoted to development and intellectualization of Land Cadastre Automated Systems (LCAS). In the dissertation have been developed concepts, methods, models and principles of LCAS creating based on modern information and GIS technologies. The LCAS relational data base structure have been created. The data base includes registers of land parcels and territorial zones, real property objects, owners and users, legal documents about property rights, rights of use, mortgages, land servitudes, restrictions and burdens.
