Object of research: host-pathogen relationships with pathological process. Aim: immunological basing great of wheat varieties of resistance to leaf rust. Methods: laboratorial, field, laboratorial-field, statical. Results: determine the tendency lowering of virulence P. recondita f. sp. tritici; the effective control of new varieties is able the genes Lr9, Lrl9, Lr23, Lr24, Lr26; the recombination of virulence of pathogen on Thalictrum spp. no is reality of cause of appearance of new high-virulence and agressive races; reveal the donors of resistance of wheat to main diseases; study the type of genetics control they resistance; suggest the methodological base of study of long duration resistance of plants to diseases. Science novently: first in Ukraine make of many years the monitoring of virulence of P. recondita f. sp. tritici, effective of genes of resistance, potential of virulence by sexual process on Thalictrum spp.; first use the claster analysis of initial material; work out the science-methodical bases of making of bank of genes resistance of wheat to leaf rust, make the isogenic lines with Lr9, Lrl9, Lr23, Lr26 genes. Degree of introduce: pass give for use in selection process the donors from identification genes of resistance, isogenic lines and the methodical recomendation for great of bank of genes of resistance wheat to leaf rust.
