The object is processes of processing the food material; the aims is improving of the build of progressive, technological processes and equipment on the base the using methodology mathematical models which are received; the methods are systematic, mathematical, statistical, physical, chemical analyses; the novelty is the following: the generalized methodological approach for the building the technological processes and equipment the results are work up for the first time; the results are the following: series of the optimized progressive processes, the universal farmer-combine for the processing raw material, the device for cooling of drink with new conception of work are build.; the outcomes of the research are implemented within the food, processing, farmer enterprises, CI, HEI; the branch of industry is the food and processing industries.
