Object of investigation - biotechnical systems for intramedullar and subfascial osteosynthesis. Aim of investigation - theoretical, experimental reasoning and developing the construction for intramedullar and subfascial osteosynthesis. Methods - theories of plasticity and material resistivity, mathematical analysis, numerical methods. Theoretical and practical results consist in the following: the bases for construction design of the osteosynthesis biotechnical systems were developed; new means for intramedullar metal, metal and polymer osteosynthesis were proposed and theoretically grounded; the new techniques for determination of the parameters of the subfascial system elements for biological osteosynthesis were developed. Innovation - the theoretical bases of the metal and polymer intramedullar osteosynthesis has been developed for the first time; new techniques for biotechnical systems dynamical characteristics investigation were developed; new mathematical models for determination of the parameters of the osteosynthesis biotechnical systems were developed. Level of implementation - theoretical aspects have the practical usage. Application - medical techniques.
