Scientific foundations of resource-saving separation of vegetable-fruit suspension on the perforated surface in condition of transit movement of the suspension and cleansing the surface with the beater bars have been worked out in the dissertation. Systematic analysis of the phenomena, which take place on a scale of perforation outlets, working zones and the whole machine, has been carried out. Regularities, which determine consumption of a half-finished product through outlets of the perforated surface, content of ballast particles in tailings, interaction of fruit stones with the working members of the machine, have been established. Structural scheme of the machine has been scientifically based and methods of the resource-saving regime choice of its operation have been suggested. The results of the work have found its industrial introduction in the improved rubbing-through machines.
