Natalia V. Clinical manifestations and the pathogenetic treatment of the chronical disturbances of the brain circulation in persons who have undergone ionizing radiation influence

Clinical flow, pathogenetic mechanisms which take place in development of chronic cerebral blood circulation violations of patients, who were exposed to ionizing radiation were the objects of our inquiry. The subjects of our inquiry were clinical-paraclinical parameters, methods of treatment of cerebral discirculations in the distant from irradiation period. The scheme of cerebrovascular pathology development under the ionizing radiation effect with well-grounded leading role of hypothalamic regulation violation in the series of pathogenetic changes was worked out. Peculiarities of clinical flow were determined and principles of chronic cerebral blood circulation violations treatment of patients who were exposed to ionizing radiation were improved. The results of our work can be implemented in the diagnostics and treatment of patients with the discirculatory encephalopathy, who were exposed to ionizing radiation.
