Results of investigation and treatment of 249 patients with end stage renal or liver desease undergoing kidney or liver transplantation have been analyzed at the work. Elaborated protocols for anesthesia and intensive care including pharmacological protection of the grafts and haemodynamic control allowed us substatially increase a number of immediately functionig grafts and lover mortality and complication rate.
