Essay

The thesis provides complex analysis of a legal system as specific phenomenon of a social reality. It reconsiders theoretical and methodological aspects of legal system definition, contents, functions, structure, place and role in society and state. The thesis highlights significance of new law understanding which is based on the definition of the law as necessarily form and equal measure of freedom of an individual, for shaping and development of a legal system. The correlations of a legal system with all other elements of a public sphera are shown. The parity of the law, legal system and state, development of sociality of modern state and legal system are defined. The role of a legal system in development and funvtioning of democratic, social legal state is analyzed. The features of interaction between democratic, social, legal state and legal system of Ukraine are investigated.
