Sherstyuk O. Morphological state of the stomach mucous membrane in the pyloric part and gingival papillas in normal conditions and in case of the gastric ulcer

The object of the study is morphological essence of intercurrent connection between gastric ulcer disease and chronic gingivitis from position of imagination about the reaction of the immune system in mucous membrane of the digestive tract to the homogeneous antigenic factor; the aim of the study is to make systematic structural analysis of gum papillas and mucous membrane of normal pyloric part of human stomach and in intercurrent injures state in ulcer of the sthomach, and state morfological signs of identiti betwen them in this pathomorphological process; methods of study: stereomorphological analysis on the base of serial half-thick cuts, grafic and plastic reconstractions, light microscopy, electronic transmission and scanning microscopy; the novelty of study: for the first time microanatomical complex inside the gum mucous membrane of the sthomach has been establihed which is considered as structural-functional units in which the most vividly morphological changes with this or thet injury are found. For the first time It has been established that local signs of the reactions of immune system of gum papillas in gingivitis, intercurrent ulcer disease is identity to those wich take plase in mucous membrane of the periulcerous zone; resalts are implemented into educational process of clinical and theoretical departments; the fleid is medicine.
