Essay

The object is chronic heart failure (CHF); the purpose - increase of efficiency of treatment CHF on the basis of studying a role of balance of vasoconstrictor and vasodilating factors of a vascular tone regulation in development of CHF, its values in realization of effects of pharmacotherapy and development on this basis of algorithms of optimization of pathogenetic therapy of CHF; methods - clinical and tool, biochemical and statistical; novelty - for the first time it is determined quantitative dysbalance of neurohumoral mechanisms of a vascular tone regulation in CHF as an exhaustion and insufficient activity of vasodilating factors on a background of vasoconstrictor hyperactivity, features of influence of various kinds of pharmacotherapy on clinical symptoms, haemodynamic parameters and activity of neurohumoral mechanisms in patients with ХСН are shown; the field is cardiology, clinical pharmacology.
