Essay

The thesis contains the results of diagnostics and treatment of 726 patients with vascular skin lesions. Clinical-diagnostical criteria of vascular nevi, malformations and capillary hemangiomas were established. Clinical-topographical classifications of vascular nevi and malformations and way of prognosis of assotiated pathology development wereproposed electron microscopic changes in affected tissues, psychoemotional changes and epidemiological peculiarities were described. Analysis of endo- and exogenic risk factors was done,high risk of hereditary transmission was discovered. The combine treatment of selective phototermolysis was proposed. Practical recommendations on diagnostics, observation and treatment of different forms of vascular lesions were developed. Mechanism of malformations forming - mechanism of hyponeurotopia - was seen as one of the possible ways of other developmental defects forming (Hirschsprung's disease, congenital miosis, biliary atresia, diaphragmatocele etc.), which gave thereasons to optimize methods of their treatment.
