Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the urgent problem concerned with the development of technological foundations of formation and optimization of city dwelling fund life cycle for providing the urban population of Ukraine with dwelling. The holistic, open, organizational & technological system which involves a set of innovative, technological, organizational and economic constituents, overlapping all the stages of city dwelling fund life style, is developed on the basis of a system approach. For a dwelling problem to meet the requirements of the market the technique regarding the search for rational system of dwelling fund via solving the task of multicriterion optimization is proposed.
