Essay

The dissertation is devoted to decision actual problem on treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice improvement of immediate and late results of the surgical treatment using of miniinvasive technologies. The realization of developed surgical tactic of rational and staged biledraining operations using miniinvasive technologies had allowed to decrease the rate of postoperative complications from 23 to 9,2%; and postoperative lethality from 9,7 to 1,1%.
