Essay

The object of investigation is the process of conversion of physical quantities in a frequency signal, which generates a problem of build-up of radiomeasuring microelectronic converters with the improved metrological metrics; the subject of investigation is the static and dynamic characteristics of radiomeasuring microelectronic converters of temperature, optical radiation, pressure and magnetic field on the basis of reactive properties of transistor structures with negative resistance; the research techniques - are founded on usage of the equations of mathematical physics during development of elements of the theory of termoreactive, photoreactive, tenzoreactive and magneticreactive effects in sensitive transistor elements, system of algebraic equations, theory of electric circuits, function of a complex variable at development of mathematical models of converters, and also probability theory for measuring errors determination; Theoretical and practical results - for the first time have been designedelements of the theory of termoreactive, photoreactive, tenzoreactive and magneticreactive effects for sensing devices of transducers as bipolar and field-effect transistors on the basis of solution of the equations of carry, which have enabled to receive analytical dependences of active and reactive components on temperature, optical radiation, magnetic field, pressure. It is proved, that these dependences are essential to creation of the new class of radiomeasuring microelectronic converters, the mathematical models of transducers of temperature, optical radiation, magnetic field and pressure are designed which have enabled to receive conversion functions, sensitivity equation and other parameters of converters, the guidelines for designing transducer are worked out in view of technical perfection, metrological parameters, materials of sensing devices; The novelty of the theoretical results is documented by the patents on inventions; The degree of implantation is in limits of branch; The usage branch is radiomeasuring engineering, monitoring of an environment, radiosupervision of technological processes, the safety of aircraft operation.
