The investigation object-atmospheric impacts on astrogeodetic measurements in Polar Regions; the investigation aim-theoretical substantiation and practical recommendations concerning of the accuracy increase of taking into account of the atmospheric impact on astrogeodetic measurements in Polar Regions; the methods of investigations-analytical and experimental ones using the modern astrogeodetic equipment; the theoretical and practical results-had ensured the accurate calculation of the atmospheric impact on astrogeodetic measurements in Polar Regions; the novelty-establishment of the spatial-temporal changes of air refractivity in Polar Regions, development of the determination methods of atmospheric refraction and atmospheric models; An application degree-the methods of determination and taking into account of the atmospheric impact on astrogeodetic measurements in Polar Regions had been sent to the enterprise "Sev.-Zap.Aerogeodesiya" (Saint-Peterburg), to the Institute of radio electronics (Moscow)and to the Institute of atmospheric optics (Tomsk) as well as into an educational activity; the scope of use-research and production institutions which are investigating and carrying out the construction and development of astrogeodetic networks.
