Object: enterprise frames and results of their financial-economic activity in a various post-socialist countries. Aim: the substantiation of the conceptual approaches, theoretical-methodological positions and rational principles of formation of an estimation and maintenance of effective management of the enterprises in conditions of re-structuring of economy. Methods: economic-statistical, sociological and economic-mathematical methods, systemic approach. Results: it is offered the new concept of development of the small and average enterprises, the method of an estimation of an economic efficiency of activity of the enterprises is offered. Use: development of the plans of development to sector of small and average private enterprises, at reading rates and realization of practical lessons.
