Essay

Dissertation is devoted to problem of surgical treatment of morbid obesity. On the dissertation a new approach to tactics of surgical treatment was elaborated, based on analysis of results of treatment, of the lipid metabolism indexes, of the concurrent diseased course and of the operations influence on morphofunctional state of organs and systems. The optimal method of jejunoileal bypass with minimize late complications rate is jejunoileal bypass with 30 sm. long of ileal part and cholecуstoenterostomy. The suprabursal way of the band placement and small gastric pouch (25ml) is a very important principles of the gastric banding and reduction of the late complications. Application of the proposed complex approach in choosing the operation method and tactics of treatment has permitted to obtain positive result in 87,7 % of patients
