Smorzhevsky V. Surgical Treatment of Combined Atherosclerotic Affection of Magistral Arteries of Lower Extremities and Heart

This paper deals with issues of surgical treatment of patients with chronic ischemia of lower extremities and heart caused by occlusion and stenotic affection of magistral arteries of lower extremities and heart. Based on the results of fundamental research of arteries of lower extremities and heart blood circulation, a new approach to the tacties of surgical treatment is presented. Proposed and substantiated by the results of hemodynamic research is a differential surgical tactic depending on a degree of organs ischemization, myocard tolerance to ishemia and value of myocardial reserve. The application of complex approach to the assessment of regional hemodinamics condition, selection of surgical treatment recommendations and tactics, and the original methods of reconstructive surgery have led positive accuracy results in 85,6 % of npatients and 72 % in continuobs period.
