Sytnyk V. Transformation of Agroindustrial Complex Into Market Conditions

Research objects: agriculture of Ukraine as a whole, agricultural firms, personal part-time farms. The aim of research: consists in the theoretic-methodological substantiation of nature, directions and ways of market transformation of the organisation-economical gear of operation AIC with the purpose of increase of a level of food safety of country. Methods: abstracted - logical, monographics, statistical, comparative, rated - design. Theoretical and practical results: consist in the system- methodological substantiation of economical, social, organizational, legal components market-transformation process in AIC. Practical value have the reasonable pathes of further advancing of land relations, proposal concerning maintenance of equivalent exchange in AIC through usage of a cost price, creation threelevels system of price monitoring, acceleration of formation of a system of hypothecary crediting, development of leasing. Scientific novelty: consists in following: the organization-economical gear of maintenance of effective operation AIC and equivalent interbranch exchange in a nem is designed, the nature of transformation of financial relations in an agriculture in conditions of transition to the market is determined, the pathes of advancing of credit and tax relations in AIC are justified, the interpretation of nature of land relations is amplate. Degree of an intrusion: outcomes of activity utilised at opening-up of the projects of the laws of Ukraine, other normative - legal act on reforming and operation of agrarian quadrant of economics in conditions of transition to the market. Efficiency: will render assistance transformation of agriculture of Ukraine in market conditions. Sphere, sector of use: economy of agriculture and AIC.
