Essay

The condition of parameters of adaptive and protective systems of the liquidators of failure on ChNPP, patients urolithyasis and pyelonephritis calculosa. The own updating of statistical methods of integrated estimation of separate parts of immunity, haemostasis and metabolisme of proteins, lipids and glucose is developed. The technique of estimation intrasystem and intersystem relationships of parameters of investigated systems is advanced. The author's scale of quantification of types general adaptive reactions is created. Using these methodological approaches, is shown, that the persons of Chornobylian quota are characterized as a whole desadaptose - high percents pessimal (patologic) and premorbide and low - optimum (normal) general adaptive reactions, in which basis lays disharmony in functioning the main adaptive systems (pituitary-thyreoide, -corticoadrenal, -gonade) - as one of displays postradiational encephalopathy. Desadaptose is accompanied immunodysfunction (depression phagocytic, T- andkiller links in combination to activation of B-link of immunity), that is caused by close interaction of components uniform of neuro-endocrine-immune system. The immunodysfunction is combined with coagulopathy (as chronic syndrome of dysseminate intravasal curtailing), that is determined by interrelations of parameters of immunity and haemostasis in frameworks " systems of four contact protective systems ". The precise distinctions of a condition of adaptive and protective systems are revealed between separate nosologic groups of the liquidators. The maximal infringements are ascertained at the patients with pyelonephritis calculosa in active phase less expressed - in case of latent process, whereas at the patients pyelonephritis calculosa in phase of remission, and also in cases aseptic urolityasis deviation from norm are minimal, but nevertheless take place. On this basis the concept is put forward that complications aseptic urolityasis by pyelonephritis is caused by critical easing of contact protective systems, which measure determines a phase of inflamatic process. Are selected 8 (from 52 defined) most informative of parameters, one from which in particular, and also their set reflects features of a condition of contact protective systems of the liquidators with various nosoforms. It is activity lisozyme, reaction of blasttransfomation, index bactericidity of neutrophyles, contents lowmolecular circulating immune complexes, fibronectine, NK- and СD3+-lymphocytes. Is shown high informativity of factor of interface of contact protective systems, which has appeared minimal at the persons with aseptic urolityasis, in 1,4 times large at presence accompanied latent pyelonephritis calculosa and in 1,9 times large as in a phase of activity, and remission of inflamatic process. At absence of significantly distinctions between parameters of lipoperoxydation the various degree of their interface with immune parameters is revealed: accordingly 0,217; 0,467; 0,483 and 0,633. Is shown, that the functional infringements of a kidney struck urolityasis, are naturally connected from expression of inflamatic process (urinary syndrome), immunodysfunction and desadaptose. Most determined immunodysfunction have appeared effective renal blood flow, water diurese, glomerular filtration and secretory segment of radioisotope renogramme. Urinary syndrome to the greatest degree determines clearens hippurane-131J, speed it secretion and excretion. Is shown, that balneotherapy on a spa Truskavets (drinking of bioactive water Naftussya, application of ozokerite, mineral baths), as a whole renders favourable influence on bowel: reduces expression of desadaptose and immunodysfunction, that, in turn, promotes easing or liquidation of inflamatic process in the struck kidney and, at the end - complete or partial restoration main of renal functions. As the beneficial effect of standard balneotherapeutic complex on adaptive and protective mechanisms is caused it adaptogene properties, with the purpose of increase of efficiency of rehabilitation additional use phytoadaptogene (phytocomposition "Balm Bittner" and "Balm Crimean") is offered.
