Vitvitsky V. Organization-economic formation and development bases of normative system in agroindustrial production of Ukraine

Object of investigation: there is systems of the rates and standard and their functions in management enterprise, organization and institutions. The purpose of research: development and deepen-ing theoretical and practical basis of the shaping and developments of the systems of the economic rates and standard and creation on their base of the concrete model in agroindustrial complex, identical change, which occur in economy of the country. Methods: monographic, accounting-constructive, analytically-accounting, historian-economic, structured-functional, benchmark analysis, expert estimation, economy-statistical. Theoretical and practical results: called on scientific studies implemented before development of the concrete positions, methodizes, recommendation, applied models and collection normative material. Research novelty: consists in complex motivation theoretical and methodological basis of the operation and developments of the normative systems agroindustrial production at connecting period of thetransformations of the economy in market ambience; for the first time motivated in theoretical and practical aspect essence normative systems of the economy as specific function of management since private capital provides rational use their own limited resource in production process; the designed row theoretical, methodological and practical positions for making the national normative system APK, identical market transformations; the revealed nature of the main discord of the connecting period between state - an initiator to democratization inter-enterprises normative systems and enterprises, which on economic reason and in consequence of scientific capacity these developments can not create the own normative basis. Extent of inculcate: row of the main positions and recommendation of the study are used by Ministry agrarian politicians Ukraine, Ministry of the labor and social politicians of the Ukraine. Effectiveness: is designed methodology of the rates and standard and on its positions methods standartisations that will allow to form such normative system, which will is oriented on satisfaction of the market demand.
