Research objects - natural resources in agro-industrial complex which form the natural resource potential of the agro-industrial production. The aim of research - substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological concepts along with scientific and practical recommendations concerning the issue of formation of the economic system of reproduction of the natural resource potential of agro-industrial complex during the market transformations in the economy. Methods - dialectical, systemic analysis, scientific abstraction, comparative, expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical results - the systemic vision of the natural resource potential economic reproduction in agro-industrial complex has been developed; the economic incentives of its preservation have been proposed; the scientific and practical fundamentals of the informational provision of agricultural natural resources reproduction have been developed. Scientific novelty - the algorithm of the evaluation of the absolute economic effect from preservation and reproduction of the natural resource potential in agro-industrial complex (accounting for indicators of indirect action) has been developed: the mechanisms of compulsory governmental insurance of the land resources quality and organizational and economic incentives of the agricultural natural resource potential reproduction, along with methodical recommendations at the regional level, have been proposed.
