Savchuk O. Organizational and Economic Mechanism for a Large Company Innovative Development

Object of the study - processes of innovative development of a large company, which defined scientifically-technical progress and economical security of Ukraine. Objective of the study is the substantiation a new scientific conception of a large company innovative development based on development and introduction of the organisational and economic mechanism of innovative development into corporate governance. Methods of research include complex-purposely approach, statistical, economical and system analysis, methods of modelling, expert and comparative estimation. Theoretical and practical results: worked out scientific conception of a large company innovative development of a large company and the organisational and economic mechanism its realisation. Novelty: proposed theoretical thesis and scientifically-practical recommendations by forming strategy of innovative development of a large company and mechanism its realisations, which provide output competitive production, stability development of company in unstable market environment of transformational economic.
