Essay

Foundations of the theory of radio acoustic and acoustic systems signals are created. The technique of analysis and synthesis of sounding signals has been worked out. It is based on the introduced two-dimensional spatial-frequency mutual correlation function of sound and electromagnetic oscillations, i.e. on a scattering function. Characteristics of the channels and signals being received were investigated, this made it possible to synthesize the optimal algorithms of the rasdar functioning, algorithms of the sodar adaptation to the existing noise situation, to offer new methods of atmosphere parameters measurement
