Essay

On the basis of investigations carried out in this research there were discovered peculiar features of pathogenesis and morphological genesis of purulent inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages. A group of chronic purulent salpingitis was stated to be not homogenous. With type I the prognosis for preservation of reproductive function with adequate treatment is positive. Type II is characterized by acute morphological change in Fallopian tubes, and prognosis for preservation of reproductive function is doubtful. The express method of prognosis if the affect of inflammatory process was worked out, taking into account morphological heterogenous changes in Fallopian tubes, which makes it possible to choose the most optimal treatment.
