Essay

Object: processes of functioning of the industrial enterprises and results of their economic activity in conditions of transitive economy. Aim: the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological preconditions of rational principles acting of institutional structures and the main tendencies of development of organizational-economic mechanisms of increase of efficiency of the enterprises in conditions of transformation of economy and the European integration. Methods: system, monographic, statistical, economic-mathematical modeling. Results: the new approach to treatment of organizational-economic mechanisms of increase of efficiency of the industrial enterprises of Poland and Ukraine is processed and the ways of their development are justified. Use: at the enterprises of Silesian Voivodeship, in activity of state bodies of Ukraine.
