Novelty: For the first time system of active microbiologycal monitoring for nosocomial infections, including its computer version, were development. Was proved , that in this time take place to change of domination strains of newborns colonisation opportunic microorganisms. The domination strains of infection agents was determined. It was demonstrate differ of levels and profiles of antibiotic resistance of opportunic microorganisms strains, isolation from newborns in different profile hospitals, of some objects these hospitals, and opportunic patients. The necessity for use of analysis of antibiotic's profiles for reveal hospital strains. In first pick out vancomicine tolerans strains of enterococcal. It was show necessity of well grounded approach to prescription of intrusive methods of treatment. To proved the necessity of bacteriologycal investigation only epidemic important objects of hospitals. The new drug with wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity was work out.
