The subject of investigation: regional ecological safety. The object of investigation: defining the approaches of regional eco-logical safety management. Methods and devices: system analysis, mathematical statistics, modern regisetеr of ecological danger. Theoretical and practical results: specific patterns of ecological safety forming and regional ecological danger management (including technogenic aerthquakes) are defined. Main principles of regional system management creating are established and realized. The nov-elty: theoretical and practical methodology of managing regional ecological safety is applied. The application level: the system of management is developed and introduced into industrial complex of Middle Dnieper area. The sphere of application: the region.
