Essay

In this thesis we showed theoretical summarizing and development of new direction in providing assistance for pregnant woman of hight risk group by improvement and optimization of early diagnostics of placental insufficiency complex and determination of tactics of pregnancy conducting. Such approach promotes fulfilment of medical-prophylactic measures and decreasing of risk of obtetric and perinatal complications.According to the received results we offered the algorithm of early diagnostics of PI and tactics of conducting of pregnancy of woman of hight risk group. This algoritm allows to decrease the level of obstetric and perinatal complications.
