Dorovskoy V. The identification of the professional knowledge of automatic systems control operators

The researched object is the sum of knowledge and professional skills of on operator as an element providing the intellectual support of automatic systems control. The purpose of research is increasing of efficiency of automatic managerical systems by means of complicated poorly formalized technological objects owing to raising of quality and foultlessness of operators' activities by the use of introducing of new effective methodologies, models and identification methods into educational practice and estimation of their knowledge. In the reseach work the following methods were used - the theories of identification of complicated managerical systems, the theories of making decisions under conditions of muctialternativity uncertainty and risk the methods of the theory of systems analysis, the theories of complicated managerical systems, the methods of theory of probabicity, the theories of random processes. The scientific novelty of the results of theses research lies in the fact that from system methodof approach to forming of methodology of identification of mathematic models of optimum management and with regard for estimation of knowledge of operators of automated managerical systems the following was for the first time received in the research work: mathematic models, methods and estimation of professional problematically guided knowledge of operators of automated managerical systems that are based on identification of knowledge of on operator as an element of complicated ergatic managerical systems that allowed to work out program ensuring of intellectual systems of operators education on this grand, that promote modeling of production situations on organizational-technological level, their analysis and making effective and adequate managerical decisions. The production tests of worked-out program and algorithmic ensuring of effective guidance of technological processes of conducting the works were successfully held at Serov metallurgical plant, open joit-stock company "Northern concentrated group ofenterprises", open joit-stock company "Central concentrated group of enterprises", open joit-stock company "Jouthern concentrated group of enterprises".
