Timokhin V. Harmony of the evolutionary dynamiсs of the town-planning systems self-organization

The object of research is town-planning systems, the subject is the evolutionary dynamics of these systems. The aim of the work is the determination and systematization of fundamental causes and consequences, regularities and principles of the self-organization and harmony of the evolutionary dynamics of the town-planning development in boundaries of the new direction of the town-planning theory - urban synergetics. Methods are system analyses and synthesis, structural and functional models, optimization of exponents and characteristics of the economic and efficacy of the town-planning development with aid of harmonic series, matrix models of genesis transformations. Results - general regularities and mechanisms of the self-organization and harmonic development were determined; proportions of the wave dynamics of exponents and characteristics of the town-planning development are discovered; principles of the harmonizing of town-planning systems are formulated; aims, assignments and notions of the urbansynergetics are determined. Novelty of scientific results is in the working out of theoretical and methodological foundations, in the substantiation of the contents and structure of the new direction of the town-planning theories - urban synergetics. Results were used in the working out of conceptions and master plans of the town-planning development, in the experimental urban design, in the educational process. The sphere of using is the architecture and town-planning.
