Essay

Object of research - geoinformation resources and an infrastructure of geospatial dates city cadastral systems. Methodological approaches, models and methods of formation of an infrastructure of geospatial date city cadastral systems are generalized. The structure and a technique of creation of a base set of the geospatial data, and also directions of development of national system of standards in sphere Geomatics is proved. The optimality of use of projection UTM for cadastral mapping is shown. Object-oriented models of the geospatial data and the software of the distributed geoinformation cadastral system with use of a server of base of the geospatial data, a mapping Web-server, a XML-server of electronic documents and means of cartographical interaction in Intranet/Internet-networks are developed. Methods of access to bases of the geospatial data with indexing on regular grids are advanced. Results are finished with practical realization in software products: UAMAP – a mapping Web-server and a mapping network; TEREN - GIS for conducting the land cadastre and the normative pecuniary valuation of the lands of settlements.
