Fisenko L. Pathogenetic ground of complex rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction on the health-resort stage with use of physical factors

In dissertation is presented the developed program of health-resort rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction. As a result of clinico-functional researches of 370 patients the expedience of usage of 4th medical complexes, including traditional health-resort treatment, medicinal therapy, kinezotherapy and treatment by one of physical factors - magnitotherapy on developed by author mode and parameters; short-impulse transcerebral electrotherapy; transcutaneus laser irradiation of blood; chamber chloride-sodium baths, was grounded. New physiotherapeutic schemes of application of these methods depending on clinical cardiovascular picture are developed. Conducted comparative analysis of efficiency of implementation of these rehabilitation programs allowed to make recommendations on differentiated usage of them. By the comprehensive examination of patients by means of modern methods of examination some markers, which negatively affect on the flow of the disease and efficiency of health-resort treatment, were determined. This gave possibility to estimate a prognosis of disease flow and bring some correction to indications and contraindications for health-resort treatment. Statistical study of 6168 cases of rehabilitation after myocardial infarction showed that the important advantages of health-resort system of rehabilitation are shortening of terms of temporal disability and reduction of invalidization of patients of a given type.
