Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation of a reproductive function at PCOS. On the basis of analysis of clinic, echographic, videoscopic, hormonal, immunological, ovarian histostructural features at PCOS the nosological term "bilateral hyperandrogenic tumor-like ovarian diseases" (BHTOD) and BHTOD clinico-morphological classification are justified pathogenically and offered. The schemes of a pathogenesis of ovulation disturbances at BHTOD and of formation of their different forms are designed. The complex scheme of diagnostic of the BHTOD forms is offered. The way of a combined differentiated stimulation of an ovulation is designed depending on the BHTOD clinico-morphological form and outcomes of histological research of operational materials. The main outcomes of work have found a clinical practice of recovery of a reproductive function in infertile patients with BHTOD.
