Thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement of children's treatment effectiveness with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis (CRAS) on the basis of clinico-experimental substantiation of pathogenic importance of risk factors and creation of differential methods of their correction. The author succeeded to solve an important medical problem - there had been performed clinico-experimental substantiation of chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis pathogenesis in children and curative scheme had been made, antirecurrent effectiveness of which is 69,9%. There were determined clinical and laboratory risk factors which contribute to CRAS formation in children. In 92,9% patients with CRAS it had been revealed suppression of microbiological chain of resistance of all or some parts of digestive canal. Clinical course of CRAS in children is accompanied by the disturbance of enzyme balance of energy supply and transport, oxydant and antioxydant mechanisms, lipids exchange. There was made an experimental model of CRAS on immature white rats in Wistar line and unvestigated dynamics of clinical manifestations, immunologic, biochemical and morphological diseases. The results of investigation testify that stage-by-stage application of such preparations as "Biosporine", "Tecom" and immunomodulator of bacterial origin contributes to the development pf stable antirecurrent treatment efficacy of 69% children with CRAS.
