This thesis shown that protective effect of full fasting in lesions of heart is based on improvement of mitochondrial function and synthesis of natrium uretic peptide in atria, decrease of sympathetic effects, improvement of diastolic function of myocardium and calcium/magnesium ratio in red blood cells, decreasing of endogenous intoxication, increasing of antioxydant defance. Positive effect of full fasting is enforced by microwave resonance therapy
