Object - processes of haploproduction in different systems in vitro, the embryo culture, a morphogenesis in somatic fabrics, cellular technologies; the purpose of work - to reveal morphogenetic potential different explants wheat, triticale, barley, sainfoin and an alfalfa in systems in vitro and to develop biotechnologies of reception haploids, homozygous lines, distant hybrids and selection of forms, steady to abiotic and to biotic factors; methods - the anther culture, embryo culture, culture of somatic tissue, selection in vitro; novelty - for the first time on the basis of system studying affectivity of biological processes on 105 populations of different genetically complexity wheat, triticale and their hybrids research of functioning the mechanism of haploproduction anther culture is carried out and the biotechnology of reception from haploids of homozygous lines is developed; In haploproducer's system of barley the opportunity of a regulation of process of an embryo genesis is shown and the biotechnology of reception of a linear stuff and varieties of barley is developed; main principles of selection in vitro on of salt resistant barley and resistant to fusarium disease an alfalfa are developed; results - with the help of the developed biotechnologies the new starting material for selection and genetics is built; methodical recommendations are developed and published; it is built 3 varieties of barley; branch - biotechnology of cultivated plants
