The thesis is devoted to development of technological bases of new economy methods, new energy-conserving equipment based on prevention of losses from evaporation at storage and transportation motor fuel. The concept and the chemmotology model of complex monitoring of energy conservation at storage and transportation motor fuel are developed. Strategy of tanks modernization optimum variant choice is submitted. It creates a methodological basis of introduction new the methods of their economy based on prevention of losses from evaporation by application of sorbents and thermoelectric modules.
