Parsyak V. Formation of corporative relations in the system of small enterprises

Object of research is organization and economic constituents of the activities of corporate structures in the sphere of small that appeared as a result of transformational changes in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The purpose of research is the elaboration of theoretical and methodological principles of corporative integration, forming economic relations which accompany the integration and applied elaboration of the most important constituents of the system of management in the sphere of small business. Methods: classification and typology, graphical constructions, historic-economic, structural and functional. Theoretical and practical results: complex theoretical and methodological basis of expediency of the corporative integration in the sphere of small business was accomplished and methodical principles of forming the integral mechanism of innerfirm management in corporations of small businesses were worked out. Research novelty: the essence of a dualism of Ukrainian economy where specificand gradually developing section of small business was formed has been found out; theoretically proved that under conditions of competition the status of corporations as an effective means of raising of competitiveness of small business essentially increases; the nature of corporative relations as a constituent part of economic ties among market subjects has been ascertained; he weakest elements of innerfirm management in small business were identified and recommendations concerning improvement of management has been based; a possibility of participation of native small business in the development of economy based on innovation principles and international marketing has been estimated. Degree of introduction: the scientific elaboration were used in the practical activities of the public joint-stock company„Nectar"; the private joint-stock companies „Agroservice" and „Euroservice-holding", in the teaching procedure in the Interregional Academy of the Management of Personnel and National University of Shipbuilding. Effectiveness: will favour stimulation of attraction of small business to positive market changes in the economy. Sphere, branch of using: Agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.
