Essay

Main regularities of occupational risks of dust diseases in electrowelders, founders and workers of weaving production in dependence from work conditions and peculiarities of professional activity were established. Dosa-effect dependence of pneumoconiosis and chronic dust bronchitis development from dust load, length of service in profession and age of workers was ascertained. Conception of dose approach in hygienic evaluation of different kind of dust was significantly added and adequacy such approach in studying of occupational risks of dust diseases on the epidemiological studies base was proved. Improved methodological approach to hygienic evaluation of average time-weighted dust load during shift in conditions intermittent of production dust influence was proposed system of prophylactic measures for workers of dust dangerous productions was developed.
