Imas Y. Economic problems of Ukrainian sugarbeet subcomplex revival and development.

Object of investigation: an economic subjects agroindustrial production. The purpose of research: motivation of the system organizing-economic and production-technological action of the rebirth sugarbeet and sugar production, development scientific basis shaping and develop-ments market sugar as strategic goods of the Ukraine. Methods: monographic, system analysis, compari-sons, modeling, accounting-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: realization of the offers of the author will render the assistance to im-provement economic mechanism managements, scheduling the food balances, system development of the pricing, at regulation production and marketing to product. Research novelty: consists in following: for the first time designed system organizing-economic and tech-nician-technological action of the rebirth sugarbeet and reconstruction to sugar industry; are they vastly complemented, extended and is elaborated theorist-methodological positions for shaping and develop-ments in Ukraine instate and interstate market sugar; the methodological approaches are motivated to com-plex reconstruction of essence and sequences of the making the infrastructure of the home market sugar; it is elaborated organizing-economic mechanism of the association state and commercial methods of the regu-lation of the market mechanism on macro- and mi-crolevel of governing the shaping the home market sugar; the processed concept of the improvement of the system of the pricing in beet-sugar subcomplex. Extent of inculcate: complex designed organizing-economic action masterred and are successfully used in activity ukrainian-austrian-german general enter-prise "Ukrintercukor".
