Calinescu T. Methodological bases for maintenance of the enterprises' activity sphere

Object of research: Development of activity of the enterprise in view of impact of external factors; the purpose of the work: Development of theoretical and methodological bases of effective development of a enterprises' activity sphere through relocation of its areas; a technique of research and equipment: The system, financial, technical and economic analysis, methods of forecasting, mathematical modelling, the theory of probability and statistics, general scientific methods and receptions of scientific abstraction, the analysis and synthesis; theoretical and practical results: The scientific problem of development of the activity enterprise with the help of relocation of the activity sphere and decrease of social and economic loading on its and in its environment is solved, the complete concept of development of the enterprises' activity sphere is developed, the system of concepts to which "sphere of activity" concerns, "area of ability to live ", "relocation of the activity sphere", " investment vulnerability " is proved; the practical meaning of the received results is to promote improvement of an estimation of vulnerability of the enterprises' activity sphere and risk of relocation in view of three variants of definition of its expediency, to introduction and the further development of typical structures and operations of acceptance of decisions at relocation, an integrated estimation of a condition of an environment on the basis of parameters of a demographic condition and health of the population, recommendations for formation of strategy of relocation and hierarchical system of parameters to an estimation of its efficiency, principles of construction of monitoring of relocation of the enterprises' activity sphere, kinds, stages of its supply with information and mechanisms of self-organizing of the enterprises; a subject and degree of introduction: developments are embodied in practice of Limited liability company "New technologies "(Lugansk), Open Joint Stock Comany "Factory of mine-rescue equipment "Horizont" (Lugansk), Open Joint Stock Comany "Research-and-production firm "Lugansk accumulators", the State department of Ukraine on the issue of performance of punishments in Lugansk area, the Holding company "Luganskteplovoz", Department of economy of the Lugansk regional state administration, educational process in East Ukrainian National University named after Vladimir Dal; sphere of the practical use: the industrial enterprises, educational process.
