The thesis on competition a teaching degree of doctor of medical sciences on speciality 14.01.33 - kurortology and physiotherapy, Ukrainian SRI medical rehabilitation and kurortology, Odessa, 2004. It is established that patients of spa Truskavets' are characterized by various variants of disorders of exchange of uric acid. It is detected regular correlationships between expression of dysuricose and dysuricemia and general clinical symptoms. It is studied whole of spectrum effects of balneotherapeutic complex on parameters exchange of uric acid and demonstrated its potention to reduce or normalize dysuricose. It is detected regular correlationships between measure normalization of dysuricemia and clinical affectivity of balneotherapy. It is elaborated method of prognosis of balneoeffects by using cluster and dyscriminant analysis.It is detected regular correlationships between exchanges under influence balneotherapy of uricemia on the one hand, and parameters of vegetative, endocrine, immune systems, hemostase, intracardial and central hemodynamic, physical working capacity, exchanges of electrolytes, proteins, lipids and carbohydrates - on the other hand.In experiments with rats it is shown that general effects of balneotherapy - diuretic, saluretic, choleretic, immunotropic and adaptogene - are reproduced by bioactive water Naftusya. The enumerated effects are accompanied with transitore hyperuricemia and hyperuricosuria. It detects regular correlationships between parameters exchange of uric acid and manifestations of balneoactive water Naftusya.It is suggested a conception about physiological activity of uric acid as structural and biochemical analogue of methylxantines. It is proved that its substance is the mediator of curative and profilactive effects of balneotherapeutic complex of spa Truskavets', side by side with hormones of general adaptive systems (cortico-adrenale, sympatho-adrenale, thyroide), regulator polypeptides of gastroentero-pancreatic endocrine system, as it is shown in previous investigations of Truskavets scientific school.
