Reserch subjects:The object of research: 586 children with diffuse nontoxic goiter of I, II degree. Reserch objectives: the study of the main disturbances of health of children with diffuse nontoxic goiter, elaboration of the prinsiples of complex sanatorium treatment and evaluation of differential approach to the use of natural and preformed physical factors. Metods: clinical, instrumental, radioimmune, immune, static ones. Theoretical and practical results: metologic aspects of restorative treatment for children with diffuse inntoxic goiter were elaborated; there were determined the differences in the dependence on the clinic-functional disorders in systemic regulation of life activity, particularities of physical factors, the principles of the medical action of complex health-resort treatment and adequate administration of Ph. F. aimed at correction of disorders, increase of functional reserves and development of the organisme, that is postered in the worked-out algorithm of health-resort treatmentand confirmed by the follow-up results of treatment (5-7 years after). Novelty: for the first time the pattern of estimation of children with diffuse nontoxic goiter has been developed; its effectiveness is proved on choise of techniques of treatment and prognosis of therapeutic effect. Algorithm of clinic-functional indications of complex administration of physical has been developed elaborated. Implementation: the invention patent, articles, theses, installations to teaching processes at high medical schools. Effect: improvement of methodology of sanatorium- resort treatment of cheldren with diffuse nontoxic goiter with the purpose of clinic process effectiveness improvement (improvement of the early and late effectiveness of BL up to 23,7% and 52,7%).
