Essay

In the dissertation, based on investigation patterns of left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH), its systolic and diastolic function, twenty-four-hour blood pressure monitoring, neurohumoral systems, interrelationship of these indexes with the degree of the hypertrophy and types of the left ventricle remodeling, dynamics of the hypertrophy and function of the left ventricle during long term antihypertensive therapy in patients with essential hypertension, were established the most unfavorable types of LVH, were performed new approaches to the prescribing of antihypertensive medications in according to their influences on the left ventricle function and its hypertrophy, humoral factors. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
