The Object of the study: investment process in agrarian sector of the economy in condition of the market transformation. The Purpose of the study: development theorist-methodological and practical bases of the shaping to investment attractiveness as factor of the development of the Ukraine's agrarian sector economy in condition global market transformation. The Methods: monographic, function-structured analysis, benchmark analysis, software-target. Theoretical and practical results: Practical introduction is realized in economic of the agrarian sector of the Ukraine. Scientific and methodical developments of the author are used in scholastic process of the row high school Ukraine. Scientific importance got result consists in deepening theorist-methodological base and the further development of the knowledge in sphere of investment activity and shaping to investment attractiveness of the agrarian sector of the economy in condition of the market transformation. Scientific novelty: is determined essence of the notion to investment attractiveness in modern condition of the Ukraine; the revealed regularities and factors of the influence when investment process governing and is motivated criteria of the shaping to investment attractiveness in connection with realization structured investment politicians; the systematized methods of the estimation to investment attractiveness object invested in indissoluble unity of the efficient use financial, labour, material and technical and innovation resource; the motivated categorization of the methods of the removal obstacle for realization direct foreign investment; the designed model of the estimation to investment attractiveness and priority region; the designed system organizing-economic action and practical aspects and offers to its realization. The Degree of the introduction: Offers for shaping to investment attractiveness and investment process management in economy state and agrarian production bringing before level of the methodical developments and practical recommendation. They are used by Ministry agrarian politicians Ukraine when preparing action on performing the Program of the development to investment activity for a period of 2002-2010, confirmed a dictation of the Cabinet Minister Ukraine.
