The thesis study relates to the topical problem of computerization of future mathematics teachers' preparation. The work examines the problem of computerization of society and of educational network, teachers' training practices and state of mathematic studies in higher educational institutions. It is ascertained the mathematics training system outcomes, which issue from the linear algebra example; those outcomes have dominant factors such as component-oriented principle, solution component choice and substantiated structure of detailed level of problem solving stages.
