The object- the prjcesses of oo- and embryogenesis in vivo i in vitro, oocytes, embryo in mink, polar fox, chinchilla, bovine, sheep, reproductive organs of females, biotechnological factors. The aim - theoretic and practic basis for studing influence endo- also exogenous factors to оо- and embryogenesis in model and domestic animals in vivo also in vitro, the working out and improving biotechnological factors for its regulation, the production viable embryonic forms and offspring with peculiarities of clone, chimaeric, after fertilization in vitro. The methods - -zootecnick, veterinary, morfological, histomorphometric, phisics-biochemical, biotechnological. The novelty -- for the first time was studied the comlex influence biotechnological factors and methods to the preimplantation development of embryos in vivo also in vitro, was based creation in vitro such conditions that will be maximum approach to specific uterum environment and elaboration the factors, ingredients, mediums that promote to stimulation of the oo- and embryogenesis. The results - there was working out and proposed the morphological scale for evaluation preimplantation embryos and method of hormonal correct reproductive function in mink, was researching the regularities and species peculiarities embryo development in mink and polar fox, it had been improved the method for production of chimeric embryos from synchronic and asyncronic zygotes in mink and with electrostimulation in bovine, it had been improved and received further progress the method of micromanipulation for production quarters from thaw outed morulae and calves after their transfer, worked and experimental examinated of medium for maturation oocytes bovine and sheep in vitro guarantees the receipt of maturated oocytes with ability to further fertilization in vitro. The effective of the medium was acknowledged by receipt of sheep embryos in vitro and viable offspring.
