The object - intoxication syndromes in patients with hepatopancreatoduodenales diseases. The purpose - to increase the efficiency of pathogenesis treatment intoxication syndrom in patients with hepatopancreatoduodenales area's pathology by studying influence on different levels of homeostasis systems of organism by new method of extracorporal hemocorrection using magnet-controlled sorbent. Methods - general clinical, biochemical blood analysis, immunological, microbiological, radioisotopes, electron-microscopes, mathematics and statistical. Novelty - for the first time the efficiency method of pathogenesis treatment of intoxication syndrom has been created on the example of patients' treatment with hepatopancreatoduodenales area's pathology, including use of extracorporal hemocorrection by magnet-controlled sorbent. The results - decreased period of patients' stay in hospital and lethal cases, this method is recommended to be used in patients with intoxication syndromes in complex with intensive traditional therapy, in case there are protein, electrolyte, hormone, lipide exchange disorders, coagulations system of blood, anemia, thrombocytopenia, disorder of immunology; the method can be used without special preparation.
